Ace went dead after reboot

I rebooted Fitbit Ace with the charger. Before the reboot, battery was about 45%.

After rebooting, it says the battery is dead. Why?

@dominic03 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ace got unresponsive after restarting it. I believe that due to the restart, the battery went down. However, it had enough power to not turn off just by restarting it.

I would like to know if you tried taking it out of the charger and plugged it again. If so, please leave it charging for 2-3 hours and let me know if it comes back to life.

My battery was at 45% before rebooting, and it wasn't unresponsive. When I tapped, it showed the dead battery icon.
