Ace will not reset and won't turn on

After many attempts to reset/restart it still won't turn on. When I plug it in to the charger I can push the button 3 time it will vibrate but nothing happens after that.

How long does it take to get the support team to get back to you? I still have no answers.

@Locketite thank you for getting back! Regarding your question, our team within 24-48 hours after the case was escalated. Please check out your email account. Also, check out the spam or junk mail since there are emails that get to those folders.

@Locketite I got in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent an email on September the 5th requesting the email address that is linked to your Fitbit account. Please reply to that email with the information and they'll be happy to follow up.
