Ace will not turn on

This is so frustrating!!! Bought a Fitbit Ace for daughter's Christmas and a new laptop.  Downloaded the app and created a family account and childs account and followed all the processes.  Device has a full battery charge BUT WILL NOT SWITCH ON!!!!!!

 

Press the button 3 times and it looks like its starting (get the V.37.01.11 then back to fitbit.com/setup

 

About to throow out and get a Garmin this is useless.

Any help appreciated if this is user error....

I bought a Fitbit ace for my son for Christmas and we charged it and tried the reset button and it won't do anything. I can't see the logo and it won't vibrate. My son is very disappointed that he has to wait

I am having the same issue. Brand new out of the box. It will not charge. VERYdisappointing for my 9 year old. The screen is black. 

 

Reset is not working. What now?

I had mine working but since the battery went flat it will not charge. Checked all the suggested tips including reset but just end up with a battery symbol with and exclamation mark inside.
