Hi,
Is anyone else having problems with the kids Ace and getting it to charge please? My daughter's one isn't charging and just keeps on coming up with an empty batter sign with an ! In the middle of it. I've looked online and tried everything that has been suggested, a reset, cleaning the contacts, leaving it to charge for a few hours and also changing the plug that the cable is plugged into with no difference at all. It was a birthday present for my daughter less than a month ago and she is desperate to get it working again so she can use it and keeps on asking me numerous times a day if I can fix it.
Does any one have any other tips please? She's getting quite upset now that she can't use it.

I am sorry to hear you are going through this situation with your daughter's Ace tracker which she received as a birthday present. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Please confirm if these are the steps you tried including the steps to restart the device: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?
I also recommend checking if the Fitbit app is up-to-date, to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
