i recently got a Fitbit Ace for Christmas, it has been working perfectly fine and charging well up until yesterday, I charged it and last night it was turning on through the night, it was working, and I woke up this morning and it wouldn’t turn on. I charged it for about an hour, it made no progress, so I switched the port, still nothing then I switched the place I was charging it, still nothing. The only thing that comes up on my screen is the battery with an exclamation mark, yet on my IPad, it says my Fitbit is full??
I don’t know what to do or what is going on...

Adding on to my other comment -
I saw a similar issue like mine, she said she resetted it and it worked, I resetted mine a few times, now it’s working and charging!

I am unable to get mine to reset! It doesn’t seem to be charging either.
