Help! My daughter had her Fitbit Ace set up on her previous iPhone. She now has a new phone and I can’t work out how to pair this new phone with the Ace. She’s downloaded the app - is it my email to login? And how do I pair it when the family account already exists? All the help articles i’ve found just refer to adding a child for the first time.

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your daughter's new phone.
In the meantime, in order to have her Ace linked to her phone, you need to log in to her phone's app using your email and password.
