@Daniel1209 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the connection setup issues that your children Ace trackers are experiencing.

 

I would like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to get the issue resolved after following the steps that @Odyssey13 advised.
