When I click pair an ace it loads the terms of use then I click i accept then it takes me to the set up a device screen again.

@Daniel1209, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Ace since it's not completing the setup process.
I'd like to know what is the brand and model of the phone that you are trying to set up the Ace with. In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.

Hello,,
I don't want to hijack your thread but I’m having similar difficulties with connecting my Fitbit ACE with Samsung galaxy A40. It was working fine but stopped syncing about two weeks ago. After I accept the terms of service, I’m asked to enter the pairing pin. After I do that the pairing fails. Any suggestions?
