I got a Ace during Christmas time and it worked well for a bit, but lately it won't hold a charge longer than 1 hour. It will charge just fine, but i can't get a days use out of it. what should i do?

@vbfamily Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Ace's battery is not lasting as long as it should. Please try cleaning the contacts of your Ace and charging cable with a cotton swab. This will remove any dust from the contacts. After this, charge the Ace for 2-3 days.

Once you've cleaned the contacts, restart your Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.

Finally, please follow the tips that are listed in this help article which explain how you can improve your tracker's battery.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
