Recently my Fitbit Ace kept powering off and i was unable to turn it on my tapping it. When i charge it the fitbit logo came on and it says the battery isnt flat. Now i previously emailed fitbit about this and they sent me a free replacement but the only problem is that the new one is having the same problems as well! As soon as i take it off charge it powers off unable to be turned on again but when i charge it, it says the battery isnt flat again. I have tried uninstalling and installing the fitbit app, used my friend's fitbit charger and created a new account altogether. I have also tried pressing the button on the cable three times to no avail. Nothing I try helps, please can you reply.

having the same issue with my daughters ace. Is there a solution? we have restarted it several times. She will fully charge it and then it works for a day or so and then just shuts off even when the app shows an almost full battery.

I have the exact same issue. I tried cleaning the contacts, changing the clock face, turning off alarms. It says the battery is full, but it turns off within an hour...
