Ace won't turn on but the battery is charged

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently my Fitbit Ace kept powering off and i was unable to turn it on my tapping it. When i charge it the fitbit logo came on and it says the battery isnt flat. Now i previously emailed fitbit about this and they sent me a free replacement but the only problem is that the new one is having the same problems as well! As soon as i take it off charge it powers off unable to be turned on again but when i charge it, it says the battery isnt flat again. I have tried uninstalling and installing the fitbit app, used my friend's fitbit charger and created a new account altogether. I have also tried pressing the button on the cable three times to no avail. Nothing I try helps, please can you reply.

The same thing is happening to my daughter ace. We have had it in the charger, tried different outlets but it will not do anything. It doesnt turn on at all. Not even a light to show it is charging??? 🤔 we havent had it long it was a bday present for my daughter. We have had it for about 2 months.

having the same issue with my daughters ace.  Is there a solution?  we have restarted it several times.  She will fully charge it and then it works for a day or so and then just shuts off even when the app shows an almost full battery.

I have the exact same issue. I tried cleaning the contacts, changing the clock face, turning off alarms.  It says the battery is full, but it turns off within an hour...
