Ace wristband falls off

My son has a Fitbit ace and the band keeps falling off.  It happens throughout the day and is annoying for him. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have this issue also for my son Fitbit Ace which he got on his birthday back in October 2018. One of the straps keeps falling off, its been lost nearly twice now and luckily we have found it. He no longer wears it and hence I came on to this forum hoping that Fitbit can help.

I am also having the same issue with my daughter Emily's wristband. Most of the time she is just simply walking. She has not worn it the last few days for fear of losing it. Please let me know if this is fixable.

I too, have the same problem.  It works fine, but the wristband is shot.  What can I do?

I finally went online and went to chat support at FitBit.com. They had me take a photo of the broken wristband with the tracker showing the FitBit logo. They also had me handwrite a note explaining the problem. It was a 20 minute chat but they sent me a new wristband and it arrived today.

We purchased the Ace for my son at Christmas and is now having problems with the wristband. Does the whole Ace need to be replaced or just the band?
