The link shared above should take you to the Get Support site where you can find Fitbit Customer Support's phone number and there is also an option to contact them via chat. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support as soon as possible.

As I have said the links are not working. Can someone please contact me and provide some customer service. Having bought my daughters watches to find both bands have broken then to not have no customer service at all has been very disappointing.
