Ace3: No sleep data on watch

Hello,

My son has a new ace 3. The sleep tracker data is showing in the app but states ‘no data’ on the actual watch.

 

I have researched and the watch is not loose and it was sync 90mins before bedtime.

 

Any ideas would be well received!
