Active minutes resetting to 0

We recently purchased a Fitbit ace for  my daughter. All data are posting correctly except active minutes.  It shows that she received active minutes on the device and then resets to 0. There are some days where she has received some active minutes but it’s pretty low.  For example, yesterday she jumped on the trampoline for 90 minutes and then went to soccer practice and 0 active minutes.  It showed 65 active minutes at one point but then 0 again.

@ahooge Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that your daughter's Ace is experiencing since the active minutes are not being tracked properly.

 

Please restart her Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh the tracker internally.
