How do you add a Charge 2 fitbit to the family account? I just got my 6 year old son a Charge 2 and am unable to add it. It only shows Ace the only tracker. Please help. My son is devastated and he wants to use it to track his steps and use the watch feature. Please help. Thank you!

Sorry, but only Ace or Ace 2 can be added to family account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Julietann46 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, my friend @JohnnyRow is correct. Ace trackers are the only Fitbits that can be added to the Family account in order to be used by children.
