Hi. I downloaded the family sharing app after I had synced the Fitbit with my phone. I can’t seem to add the Fitbit to the family  sharing app Now. Does anyone know if I Can add the Fitbit to the app without having to unpair the Fitbit and re-sync with my phone?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Niallmor.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about adding the Ace 2 to the Fitbit family account. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend confirming the trackers paired to your Fitbit account: tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture. You will see the devices paired. If you see the Ace 2 paired, you will need to remove it by following these steps: How do I remove a Fitbit device from my account?

After that please go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, tap on the icon next to the Ace 2 and then on Forget this device. You can now follow the steps to set up the Ace 2 tracker to the Fitbit family account: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?

For more information about the Fitbit family account, see How do I manage my Fitbit family account?

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
