Is it possible to add a profile photo for a child account?  There is no camera icon in the account profile section for my son (and he is disappointed that he is the only one in the family without a picture).

Hello @Blue009 and @Janetville, thank you for sharing here your feedback about this, unfortunately we haven't received any updates at the moment. If you haven't done so already, I strongly recommend that you share your thoughts in in this idea as well, since this is always useful to attract more attention from the team of developers.

This seems a very basic necessity for a child’s account. We try to get them involved and be more active by seeing their progress.  When they see our profiles, then an empty face for theirs, it doesn’t exactly provide the feeling of inclusion.  I have 3 children in my family and we all now have fitbits.  As I set up the accounts, each of them asked the same question...”Why don’t I get to have a picture?”

I am starting to research other brands now to see if a better option is out there.

Thank you for your comments and feedback about this option @Kehoe, certainly it'd be great to have the possibility to include a picture to the child's profile. 

 

Don't forget to vote for this idea, this helps to attract more attention from the team of developers for possible updates in the future.

We still can't update pictures

 

how hard is is to add CODE for this?  It's the same profile layout as the adults just missing a couple of things.  When i have to duplicate code for work i copy and paste and adjust variables, this can't be that hard.

Still can’t upload a photo for a child are your developers incompetent? This is a basic feature it is a defect in the app not a feature request. The app has been designed by clowns and implemented by idiots. How did this get released without this feature did anyone actually bother testing it with children.
