Added kids to family account and my profile has gone

Help please! We bought two Ace 3 for our kids.  I set up the accounts yesterday, set up a family account and linked them. My personal data has now vanished.  No sleep/steps/minutes of activity etc - all I can now see is calories.  Everything has gone.  Everything.  How do I get it back?

Hi @MumofMonsters  when all you see is burned calories, your Fitbit is no longer set up to your account. Try setting it up again as a new device on an existing account.
