Hi ,My daughter lost her ace 2. Got another one and when setting up it sets up as a new. How do I connect it to her already existing account?
Or change the name of the new set up device ?
I was hoping it'll be straight forward but seems not!

I thought that would be an option on setting it up.
I got this though on the screen shot
Jasmine is obviously her old account an dthe new ace 2 account ...no options to add anywhere
