Alarms not working properly-Ace 3

I have alarms installed but when i go to alarms on my watch it says that i have to turn it on on the mobile app

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

In this case, I would recommend deleting your silent alarms, restart your Tracker and set them once again. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?".

I'm having the exact same issue.

I'm having the same issue and do not see an option to uninstall and reinstall alarms or where to restart the watch. Also the article you linked literally doesn't even have an ace 3 on the list.

Hey there! I'm having the exact same issue. Restarted the Ace 3, did the latest update and cannot uninstall the alarm. Still getting "Add alarms in the FitBit mobile app" on my kid's device. Can someone please help troubleshoot? So far nothing in this thread or online has worked.
