Allow Ace series to change clock format

Guys places outside of USA exist also for our kids. Why are we not able to set the regional settings like measurement units and 24h clock on our kids devices?

Currently, there is no option to set the time in 24h format on Fitbit Ace series outside of USA nor inside USA. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services but at the moment, they have no plans to release this feature.

Regarding the measurement units, could you please tell me what kind of measurement unit would you like to change?

Well, that sucks - 24 hours is the go to format in Europe.

What I meant by measurement units was things like Celsius vs F, meters vs yards, etc.

Currently, Fitbit Ace series show the time in 24hour format only. If there is any update available, it should be communicated as soon as possible.

Fitbit Ace devices don't measure skin temperature, therefore there is no option to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. You can find information about which Fitbit devices log skin temperature variation in this article.

To change swimming unit, please go to your Family account > Child account > Switch to Kid view > Profile picture > App settings > Units
