Already Migrated to Google, Yet Can't View Our Child's Device in the App

My account and my husband's are already through Google and our child is already part of our Google Family, yet we cannot add her Ace3 in Fitbit. Her account is set up on her device, but is not viewable to us through our accounts.

All three of us are using Android devices. What do we need to do?

Sadly nothing

I'm in the same situation.

I've talked to Fitbit support about a month ago and there's is nothing they could do.

That's not the kind of support I would expect from Google within their own company.

Such a shame...
