My daughter has an Ace and, after getting a new phone, I downloaded the fitbit app again but it now looks different and wont allow her to have the sleep tracking option, dispite having it before I switched phones.

Please let me know the following details:
- What is her phone's brand and model? Is her phone model listed in this supported devices list?
- Did you log in using your own email and password on her phone?
In the meantime, please check out this post which explains how to see your child's stats in the Fitbit app.
