Aria Scales doesn't send info to Kid's on Family Account

When children weigh themselves, Aria sees them as 'Guest'. They cannot be added to the user group on Aria, as they are not permitted to have their own accounts.  Please will you discuss with your product development team, and suggest that when children use the scales, the information becomes available in the Family Account. Also the Family Account is not currently accessible from the browser Dashboard.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your feedback and suggestion about your kids' information from the Aria scales becomes available in the Family Account. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. Regarding the Family account access, it is available only in the Fitbit app. For more information about Fitbit family account, please see this help article: How do I manage my Fitbit family account?
