Does anyone know how kids with an Ace account can get/see badges? The description of the Ace kids view on the Fitbit website says, "Kids can see stats or badges" - But we can't see them anywhere!

Yes they do, but they are the same as the adult badges.  I know because I gave my mom the Ace and she's earned some of the same badges I have.

 

Go to your "Account Settings" (credit card icon) and go to the "Set Up Ace for Kids".  From there, you will be taken to your Family Account.  Tap on your child's profile, and then select "Badges And Trophies".

 

They can follow the same process when logged into their account, they would just have to hit the "Your Profile" option.

I was eventually able to find them - thank you for your help. It would be wonderful if they were easier to find, and if the child got some kind of notification when they receive a badge. As it is, the badges are pretty much out of sight unless you go looking for them.

That doesn’t explain whether the kids could view the badges on the fitbit ace 2 .
