Hi,
I have 2 issues...
1) I have 3 x Fitbit Ace 3's on my account. 2 of them show lifetime distances in miles and 1 of them shows in KM. How can I change this please?
2) On 2 of the 3 profiles, the distance badges have stopped updating despite the distances for the next badges being reached. How can I fix this please?

Thank you EdsonFitbit, I am afraid they have not been able to help me find a solution. The 2 issues I mentioned are still outstanding. I did reply to them on 21st Apr 2022 to advise that the advice did not solve my query, but no further response as yet.
Any help, support, advice you can offer would be gratefully received. My son is highly motivated by the badges and where they are not showing, it is a huge disappointment.
