I set up a new Fitbit Ace tonight for my son and we went into settings to choose our display. We unchecked the battery display and also moved it to bottom of list. We sync it and it remains on and first?? What else can I do. He either wants it off completely, or after his time and steps show.

@55Rose Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your son's Ace is still showing the battery indicator first. Please restart the Ace as described in this help article. After this, repeat the process through the settings and don't forget to sync the Ace so the change can take effect.
Let me know if the issue gets fixed! ![]()
