Brand new Ace 2 died and won’t charge

I bought my son a brand new Ace 2 a few days ago and I plugged it in when we got a notification it was low battery. 
it died while on the charger, so I’ve now tried 2 other charging blocks and it won’t charge.

I’ve tried cleaning it, different USB ports,  different wall outlets, I tried resetting it but it appears to be completely dead. I’ve read and tried the “battery won’t charge” suggestions posted before and I can’t get it working. What’s do I do now?
