I brought a brand new Fitbit Ace 3 last week. After the charging, I try to On the watch but gets only Black screen and vibrates, if I hold my finger for few seconds. Performs the same way with or without charging cable connected still no working! Even the back side sensor light also not blinks.... pls help on this.

Hi, @JayaSenthil! This stinks. Was it ever able to power on? I would try holding the button for about 10 seconds to see if you can reset the tracker, but if that doesn't work, I would consider exchanging it, since it's so new. If not, you can contact Fitbit Support directly for warranty information.
