I bought my son a Fitbit ace 3 a few weeks ago. Since about a week after he got it he is unable to swipe down or up through the menus, and when he goes to turn on water lock, pressing the sides brings up the menu but you can’t swipe or tap on water lock to activate it.
I have tried resetting it by holding for 20 seconds whilst lunged in (twice), changed the clock face, disconnected the device from the app and reconnected it and it’s still not working.
How do I fix this please it’s practically brand new?

I should’ve spell checked before I posted… I reset it by holding the sides for 20 seconds whilst the device was plugged in and charging.
