Hi,
My daughter's Ace 2 band has also broken after less than 6 months. I went through to the support team online and went through the issue. I was then put through to the help/warranty page. However, when I try to go through this, I can't because it states that the account isn't paired with the Ace 2. I have the app on my phone which is synced with the watch. From there, I can't get through to the warranty page, that sends me to the Fitbit twitter account. If I follow the link on the account to pair the device, it sends me back to the home page on help. This is getting really frustrating! Please help.
Many thanks.

Hi there, I am having exactly the same problem. When I try to file a claim it states that the account isn’t paired with a device (which it is). We also have a broken band that needs replacing. Many thanks.
