Only a month old and my sons Ace 3 strap has split on most of the band holes. Surely this shouldn't happen a month after purchase

Hi @Mark010311 you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
