My blue Fitbit Ace broke on one side and no longer will stay on the watch making it unwearable. Is it possible to buy another blue wristband?

Hi, my daughters Fitbit Ace strap is also broken on the one side. Let me know if the strap is covered under warranty. Less than 5 months old. Thanks.

No problem! All I did was go to help.fitbit.com and then you can choose “broken band”. A support team representative responded giving me instructions on what to do next. They were very helpful! Good luck!

I bought a fitbit ace 2 for my son and the wristband broke very quickly after I purchased it. Not happy at all with how quickly this broke!

You can reach out to their customer service and they will send a new one. I’ve already replaced the bands twice now!

My sons Ace2fitbit blue wrist band has split at the side we have only had it since September, is there a warranty on the wrist band?

Yes, I have had 2 new straps in 18months.
And now the thing won’t connect to my phone app anymore to view the information daily 😂
Shame as they just bring out new ones and the old ones are no good now

Hi my sons wrist band broke this week. He only got it last November (8 months ago) for his birthday and we’re really disappointed that we can’t find a decent replacement to buy.

Is it covered under warranty? Am I able to get a replacement strap?  I still have the packaging etc.
