Hi Fitbit customer service,

My daughter's Fitbit Ace wrist band was keep falling off.  Can we get the replacement parts?

Hi @Tod13 - the Fitbit Store sells replacement bands for the Ace 2. You can check it out here. Unfortunately, I do not see bands for the Ace in the store.  Amazon sells bands for both the Ace and Ace 2. Just be careful which you order. The bands are not interchangeable.
