Hey there! So my mom bought me an Ace 3 by mistake without knowing it was a child device. I’m wondering if it is possible to set it up in an adult option before I try and send it back? If so I would love to have it but currently it is frustrating having to constantly use it via a family option. Please let me know.

Ace 3 only can be set up for kids accounts. How old are you? When a child reaches the minimum age required in your country, they can upgrade to a standard account in the Fitbit app. A child can choose to upgrade their account at any time, or to keep their child account.

You have to have a kid account in order to upgrade it to an adult account. That´s why I asked you about your age.
