Can Ace sync to 2 devices?

I have both my kids fit bits set up on my phone. I would love for them to be able to sync when they open the app on their kid view on the iPad so that I don’t have to do the syncing for them. Is this possible?  Right now it doesn’t appear to work.

@MakerGS Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me help you with your inquiry about how to sync your children Ace trackers with another device.

 

Please download the Fitbit app to the iPad and log in with your own email and password. After this, your children need to switch to their kid's view and they'll be able to sync their trackers.

 

What is the iPad's model? You can check out this page which has a list of compatible devices.

 

As a side note, this help article explains how to manage your Family account.
