Is it possible to purchase spare parts for the Ace 2, my son lost the watch part but still has the strap.

My understanding is that if he lost the pebble/watch part, then no, you would need to buy a whole new set. If he lost the strap, then that's different. You could always contact Support to check.
One thought that may work if you know approximately where he lost it is to download "Bit Finder Geo" on your phone. Open the app and turn your Bluetooth on and your phone will act like a metal detector for Fitbits, which will hopefully allow you to find your son's Ace 2.

@Jan75, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your son's Fitbit Ace 2 tracker got lost. I totally understand how he must feel about this.
As @DramaQueenDiva mentioned, we don't sell spare parts. We only sell accessories such as chargers and wristbands.
However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if you were able to find the unit after trying the advice that @DramaQueenDiva also shared. Regarding your question about the app, I haven't tried the "Find my phone" app but I would also suggest using "Bit Finder Geo".
