I want to know if its still a problem to set the 24h clock on the Ace 3.

 

I really want to buy this Fitbit for my little girl (in the Netherlands)

Unfortunately there is no option to change the time format to 24h on Fitbit Ace 3 at this time. It is still being featured as a suggestion to the Fitbit Team here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/24hr-12hr-time-format-on-Ace-series/idi-p/284813.... 

Unfortunately it has not been implemented at this time nor any promises to do so in the future. I’m sorry that this is most likely not the answer you were hoping for but I do hope it gives you the best answer I can honestly provide.
