Can I set up the Fitbit Ace via Laptop?

Hi, I would like to set my daughters Fitbit Ace up on her laptop, to be able to login and access the information. How do I do this? at the moment when I log in, it only brings up the parent account and I am unable to switch over to the Child account. Thanks in advance.

Hi, @mmj07, you will be able to do this if you have the Fitbit Windows 10 app installed on the laptop.  If you are unable to download the Windows 10 app, due to an older operating system, then this will not be possible.

Thanks all. I followed your advice and set up the app. I did have troubles with syncing the Fitbit but found out you could only sync to one device. Once I removed it from the other device it sync fine.
