Can I turn Ace 2 into Inspire?

before purchasing an Ace 2 for my child, I read that it could be "upgraded" to basically turn into an Inspire when the child is older, which was a major selling point for me.

Now she's outgrown the child features, but I can't find info on how to make this device upgrade & switch her to an adult account.

HELP? 🙂
