Can I turn off notifications on Ace3?

We got my 9 year old an Ace3 for Christmas. As she doesn’t have her own phone or tablet, I synced it to my phone. Now she is receiving all my phone calls and texts - can even read the texts. (This is okay I guess when it’s my mom and I trading greetings, but I won’t want her seeing work texts or exchanges with my wife or whatever.)

I hadn’t wanted to completely unsync the device from my phone; I like being able to track her location and activity — and since she doesn’t have her own device, if I unsync it from mine she won’t have any device to sync to her Ace3. I would think there has to be a way to keep her connected on my device without getting my calls and texts. Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Xtopher19.

Thank you for your question.

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "How do I turn my Fitbit device’s notification setting on or off?" and follow the instructions.

Have a nice day.
