Hello,
My sun is 11 years old and likes te go training/running with me during the football-vacation, to keep fit and register the data for his coach. I gave him my charge 4 because i bought a new watch with more options. I tried to make an account for him, but i only can choose for the Ace. Why?
I tried to manipulate his age in his google account, so he can get a normal account, but that does not help. Therefor his age must be 16 in the Netherlands? I tried to put his age in google on 16, but thats again not possible because his account is managed by family-link and that is only possible untill 16. Its driving me crazy in circles!! Is there an option for him to use the charge 4?
Grtz

Hello @Papman and welcome to the Community. The Ace models differ from other Fitbits in how they manage and protect a child's personal data. Your son can't use a Charge 4 for the same reason he must be on your Google family account. The term that is used is age of digital consent. The age of digital consent is 16 in the Netherlands. Your son can't use a Charge 4 without violating Fitbit's Terms of Service.
