Hi, we've got my daughter a fitbit ace 2 for Christmas. I already have a fitbit and can see how I would set up a family/child account from the app on my phone. However, I want her to be able to use our tablet to view her details rather than use my phone. Before I even start setting the new fitbit up, what's the best way to do this. Do I set up from my phone and then download the app to the tablet or should I set up straight away from the tablet? Thanks for your help!

@KFallowes, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about if your daughter can use your tablet instead of your phone.
I would just like to know what is the brand and model of your tablet. You can also check out this help article which has a list of the phones and tablets that sync with Fitbit devices.
Finally, please check out this help page which explains more information about the setup with your child's mobile device.
I'll be around if any question arises.

Hi, the tablet is a Lenovo Tab E10.
Thanks for your help.

@KFallowes thank you for getting back! I'm afraid that the Lenovo Tab E10 is not added in the Supported devices list. This is the reason why your child's Fitbit Ace may not connect with it properly.
However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
Let me know if you have any questions.
