Hi I have tried to set up by daughters Fitbit however it keeps asking for setting up family profile.
I have set up mine and my brothers and have not had any issues however setting up my daughters ace2 has been extremely problematic and disappointing as she is very much excited to use it but we have not been able to set it up.
