Can one family account have more than one Ace 2?

I have 2 children who both have a ace 2 is it possible to have both watches on my account as it seems to want me to delete one when adding the other?

You can definitely set up two Aces 2 on one family account but you have to set up each Ace 2 under "kid view" NOT on your account.
