Can't access Fitbit family account

I created a family account but now am unable to access it...all I see is "create family account" and when I click on that it tells me "family account already exists" so how do I get to it?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to access your Fitbit family account. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, you can try to uninstall the app and then install it again. For more information about the Fitbit family account, see How do I manage my Fitbit family account?
