At my wits' end here and on the verge of trading for a Garmin! Trying to set up a brand new Ace 3 on my phone. Logged in via google. Added daughter in google profile. In the app I find 'add device' and it prompts me to 'go to your family, switch to your child's profile and add an Ace 3 device'. I choose 'go to my family', choose my child's profile - and there is no option to add a device. I'm stuck. Any advice very much appreciated before it goes back in the box - trying to set this thing up has already sucked all the joy out of the birthday present! Cheers
