OMG I am literally at the end of my tether - bought my son a Fitbit ace 3, and going round in circles trying to add him to my account. Spent 2hours and getting nowhere !!
On my phone it says add child and then I’m taken to family account but it’s just making no sense and getting nowhere ! This is terrible. I don’t understand as have family account and seems to have lots of links but just getting nowhere !!help!!

Just to add to this. - when I open up “add device and I select Fitbit ace 3”it takes me to a screen to “add child” - but it simply does not allow me to click the add child button so im getting nowhere !
