When I click on add device it takes me to create family account then I click on it and it come up with unknown error. I have read that you can creat family account on the app but I can not find it. I have clicked in my profile. How do you know if you have a family account or not?
thanks I can’t work it out. I added my daughters a couple of years ago and no problem

Hi @Tan0976,
You need to set it up like you would if the tracker was your own by going to your Account Settings and then "Set Up A New Device". Select the Ace 3 and they should walk you through the entire process from there.
