Can't change Ace 2 to 12 hour clock

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my son an Ace 2 but the time is displayed in 24 hour format and cannot be changed to 12 hour. I’ve looked at various forums but haven’t seen a solution.

Does anybody know how to fix this basic setting?

Thanks

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts. While there is not option to change the clock format for the Ace 2, I would like to confirm that our team is aware of this issue and hope to have a fix soon. I recommend to keep the Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. I am sorry for this trouble, I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi, This has unfortunately been a problem for several years. Actually since they started to sell Ace 2.

I've been told the same thing since I bought two Ace 2 for my girls in june 2019. That Fitbit is working on a solution and hope to have a fix soon.

My girls doesn't even want to use their watches, since it's useless for them in the wrong format.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It was so frustrating for my son from the moment he put it on.

I was amazed to see this has been going on for so long with same response that it will be fixed soon. It’s a pity this watch is sold with this problem. I certainly wouldn’t have purchased it knowing it and would turn me off the brand in the future.
